We are a family-owned business located in Charlotte, NC. Our team are more than short-term rental managers looking for real estate properties to manage. For over 25 years, the owners of The Homey CoHost has been building a wealth of experience and knowledge in the branding, marketing, and providing high-value customer service. Our goal is to become your one and only short-term rental management company. We will guide you through the entire investment property life cycle – through the purchase, home staging, listing setup, branding, and rental.

History of The Homey CoHost
The idea started during the pandemic when bestselling author and owner, Judah Swagerty, started interviewing some of the top short-term rental entrepreneurs in the industry for his book podcast. His wife, Evelyse Swagerty, would run design and operations. Soon they would meet Travis Bott, STR owner and host, who became the Business Development Manager to help The Homey CoHost become Charlotte's best-known and most trusted short-term rental brand in the metro area.

is a family-owned and operated business here in Charlotte. It all started as a dream of their family, to travel and live free and stay in beautiful vacation rental homes that catered to all their needs as a big family. Their vision is to give all homeowners a hassle-free service by getting their time back while earning more money.
